• Order Processing Time
  Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For bulk orders, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing.

• Shipping Options & Costs
  We offer the following shipping options for US customers:
  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (3–8 business days)
    
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $249, applicable only to the 48 continental US states. For non-continental areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), additional shipping fees will apply — please contact us at help@bosmausa.com for a quote.
    

Note: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary for bulk orders or during peak seasons. International shipping is not available at this time, as we are a US-exclusive distributor.

• Tracking Your Order
  Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
