At Bosma USA, we stand behind the quality of our Bosma 8K Cameras, Chiopt Cine Lenses, and Fotopro Tripods. Below are the details of our warranty coverage, and repair or replacement procedures.
Warranty Coverage
All Bosma USA products come with a limited warranty, applicable only to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as outlined in the product's included usage instructions. The warranties are limited to the repair, adjustment, and/or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of Bosma USA. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category (see table below). Please note that some repairs may not be free of charge and will depend on the circumstances of the damage.
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations made to the product.
- Failure to follow the product’s accompanying instructions or maintenance guidelines.
- Use of the product for purposes other than those intended.
- Exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product’s stated environmental resistance.
- Environmental factors or acts of nature, including but not limited to falling objects, gravel, or other natural events beyond Bosma USA’s control.
- Improper handling or third-party modifications that compromise the product’s integrity.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For repairs not covered under warranty, Bosma USA will provide an estimate that includes repair and shipping costs. Repairs will commence once the estimate is approved, and payment is received. If the estimate is refused, a return shipping fee will be charged to send the product back to you.
