If you purchase your product from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for their return policy. We do not accept returns for purchases made from other sources.
Return Eligibility
If you need to return your bosmausa.com order, you may do so within 15 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is in new and unused condition.
- It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
While we do not charge a restocking fee for unopened and unused items, if the product is not in new and unused condition, a restocking fee will be applied after we receive and inspect the return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable if we provide you with a return shipping label.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
1. Unopened & Unused Returns (Within 15 Days)

- If the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition within 15 days of receipt, a full refund will be issued.
- If the packaging has been opened, a packaging and depreciation fee may apply.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

- If the order is canceled before it ships, a full refund will be processed.
3. Defective on Arrival (DOA) – Customer Requests Refund

- If the product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, and the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, a refund will be issued once the defective item is returned and inspected.
4. Item is Out of Stock for Replacement

- If a product qualifies as a replacement but is out of stock, the customer may choose to wait for restock or receive a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements in the following cases:
1. Defective on Arrival (DOA) – Customer Prefers Replacement

- If the product does not function properly out of the box, and the defect is confirmed, a new replacement unit will be sent at no extra cost.
2. Product Develops a Defect Within Warranty Period

- If the product experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced.
- If the defect is due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications, it is not covered under warranty.
3. Shipping Damage (Reported Immediately)

- If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must report it within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- After verification, a replacement will be sent.
Returns That Will Not Be Accepted
- Customer-Damaged Items – If the product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs, it is not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Return Request Beyond 15 Days – If the customer requests a return after 15 days, it may be denied unless covered under warranty.
- Missing Parts or Accessories – If the returned product is incomplete, the refund or replacement may be denied, or additional fees may apply.
